Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags, certificates (if any), and invoice intact.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

  • Items showing signs of wear or alterations by third parties are not eligible.

Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  4. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and returning it via a trackable and insured service.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (size, design, etc.), contact us with your request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.

International Returns

  • For international orders, return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
